Jeff DeVries, President
Jeff has 16 years of
experience including all aspects of finance, accounting, systems and
back-office processes. As an integral management member of
growth-orientated companies, his responsibilities have included
development of financial and capital, system implementation, and
process improvement. His wealth of experience extends to treasury,
auditing, banking, budgeting, cost accounting, insurance and human
resources. Jeff’s experience includes agriculture, food processing,
construction, transportation, manufacturing & business service. |

Bob Hiller, Business Development
Bob has 32 plus years of diversified experience in
building long term relationships in both the construction and
manufacturing industries. This experience has resulted in the
ability to combine best practices from both segments to develop a
seamless transition from conception to a completed product. Process
and performance are the basis upon which Bob develops a plan and
assembles the right team to meet the needs of the customer. Bob has
owned and managed his own company. |

Jeff Shaw, Senior Estimator
Jeff has 26 years of extensive woodworking
experience; the last 15 years as a member of the Woodcraft team.
Jeff began his woodworking career as an apprentice craftsman in a
furniture factory working his way through college. After
graduating, he progressed rapidly through the management ranks from
craftsman to foreman, to production supervisor, to inventory control
manager, and finally plant manager of over 100 woodworkers.
His extensive knowledge, industry experience, core skills combined
with 15 years of commercial estimating experience has helped
Woodcraft triple in size during his tenure. Jeff’s professional
dedication to quality, attention to detail and customer service
focus gives him the experience needed to provide our customers with
accurate and timely proposals. |

Craig Shayer,
Operations Manager
Craig has over 24 years of experience in the custom millwork
business. He is in his sixteenth year with Woodcraft, 10 years of
estimating and 5+ years of Project management. Prior to Woodcraft he
worked for 9 years building high end custom residential interiors in
California with his brother at Shayer Designs. His extensive
experience in the custom millwork industry including knowledge of
products, construction techniques and value engineering enables him
to work with owners, architects and contractors to solve your
casework and millwork design problems. |
